I knew Gene Klinker through No. 16 Union activities many years ago when I was still in Chicago, and was distressed to hear in Pattie Reedy's gracious call to me yesterday that Gene had died. I send my condolences to all the family named in the obituary. Gene was a fine person and a good union man, and will be missed by all of us.

I only met Gene several years ago while obtaining additional Genelogy details on the Klinker Clan. He was very articulate and a great E Mail correspondant! He definitely will be missed by all of us!
