Romer, Esther (nee Zakovitz), 70. Beloved wife of Jerry H. Romer, devoted mother of Reid (Ellen) Romer and Robyn (Kurt) Vanderhoof, loving grandmother of Justin, Lauren and Skyler, dear sister of Lester (Dorothy) Zakovitz and the late Marion (Dave) Jacobs. Chapel services Friday, 10 a.m. at Chicago Jewish Funerals Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Road (one block north of Lake Cook Road), Buffalo Grove. Interment Waldheim Cemetery. Memorials in her memory to the Alzheimer's Disease Association, 4709 Golf Rd., Skokie, IL, 60076, would be appreciated. We were so sorry to hear about Esther. Bob & I enjoyed our years working with her at HBJ. She was a wonderful lady and will be sadly missed by many people. I regret that we are unable to attend the services for her but please know that she and all of you are in our thoughts and prayers! Donna
