Knoppe, Esther K. (nee Ginder) Age 90, of Chicago. Beloved wife of the late Clyde G. Sr.; devoted mother of Robert (Mary), Kathleen and the late Clyde G. Jr. (Sue and the late Marguerite) Knoppe; cherished grandmother of John (Kathleen) Knoppe, Anne (Brian) Callaghan, Jason Knoppe, Joanne (Michael) Clyde, Gordon (Sarah) Knoppe and Ryan Knoppe; proud great-grandmother of Alexander and Samantha, Madeline, Mary and Daniel; loved aunt of Timothy (Mindy) Soldat. Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 3, at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Family and friends are asked to assemble on Thursday, February 4, for a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Gabriel Church, 4522 S. Wallace St., Chicago. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Esther was a longtime parishioner of St. David Church in Chicago.
