Erma Babler Obituary

Erma H. Babler, 93, of 306 Grand Court, died Sunday, September 01, 2002, at St. Agnes Hospital after a short illness. She was born May 7, 1909, in the Town of Blackwolf, Winnebago County, the daughter of John & Anna Knack Babler. She moved to Fond du Lac in 1948 and was employed at Wells Manufacturing, retiring in 1974. She was a lifetime member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Van Dyne. Erma loved to travel and cook and spend time with her friends and family, especially her dear sister, caretaker, and companion, Lida,

Survivors include her sister, Lida Babler, of Fond du Lac, cousins, many friends, and an aunt, Viola Knack, of Oshkosh. Her parents, and two brothers, Herbert and Arthur Babler preceded her in death.

Visitation for Miss Erma H. Babler will be on Tuesday, September 3, 2002, from noon to 2 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2 pm at the funeral home. The Rev.
