Bob and his mother shared a love of collecting. As fellow collectors when we would find an item Mrs. Hurns would like we would buy it for her and she in turn would buy items for us. Thank you Mrs. Hurns for all Flintstone items you bought me at your neighborhood rummage sales. Mrs. Hurns had a great independent spirit and a love for life. Bob told us how proud he was of you, how you showed the doctors that you left this world when you were ready to. With deepest sympathy to Bob and Diane.

My sister Judy and I want to extend our sympathies on the loss of your mother. I remember your family visiting my parents, Carol and Jim Dorton, in Park Ridge and the memories they all shared over strawberry short cake. It's sad they've all passed on but the memories will always be there.
