Emily Christine McDonald Obituary
She was born in New Haven, the daughter of the late Clayton William McDonald and Anne (Francis) McDonald. Prior to her retirement, she was employed with the State of CT Dept. of Social Services.
She is survived by a son, daughter, two sisters, and multiple grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, brother, and a sister.
Memorial services will be held Friday June 27, 2014at 6:30 p.m. at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St., Middletown. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may visit with the family on Friday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. prior to the service.

there is a lot of wonderfull things that I can say about aunt chris and a lot of great memories and stories that I could share with every one about her. one of the best things that I remember about her is that she always gave from the heart and she was always there for anyone that needed her help. one of my favorite things I enjoyed the most with her was all the camping trips that we spent together and siting by the fire having a drink listing to the crickets chirping at night. and listening to aunt chris talk about how that sound made her feel so happy and listening to her talk about her deer and how she loved her cats and how they were her world. she really did love life. now that she has gone home to the good lord to be with grandma mac,her dad and the rest of her family. I am going to miss her very much. I had the pleasure of knowing a real great lady for 46 years of my life and for me it has been a very special friendship that I will always cherish for the rest of my life. rest in peace aunt chris
