Dear Reed Family, I was so sorry to hear about Mr. Reed. He was very kind and respectful to me and the "pack" of teenagers in the Coronado Village neighborhood during my formative years. Later, he hired my Father, Silver Crim, after his retirement from the Air Force to work at RBFCU. Dad loved working with him and credits him for having such a fulfilling "second" career. My thoughts and prayers will be your family during this difficult time.

Dear Mrs. Reed and Family,
It was an honor to have known and worked for Col. Reed. He was truly a "gentleman's gentleman." Col. Reed knew everyone's name. He had that rare talent of making you feel known and yet keeping that aura of boss. Everyone respected Col. Reed. What a wonderful legacy he has left. My sincere condolences to you in this time of great loss.
