Walner, Elsie S. (nee Starkman), beloved wife of the late Wallace, loving mother of Larry (Terri), Debbie (Shelly) Kogen and Bob (Charlene), adored Bubbie and Grammy Elsie of eight, proud great-grandmother of 13, cherished sister of Sarah Jacobson and was preceded in death by three siblings, treasured aunt and friend of many. Graveside service Sunday, 11 a.m., at Bnai Brith Abraham Cemetery, 6600 W. Addison, Chicago. In lieu of flowers, contributions to HIAS Chicago, 216 W.
