Parker, Elsie V. age 93, of Chicago, IL, January 27, 1911 to August 6, 2004. Loving mother of Maurice McFolling, Raymond McFolling, Robert McFolling, Judge H. Parker, Jr. and Regina Parker. Beloved grandmother of Linda Green, Carmen McFolling, Robin McFolling, Carla McFolling, Cheryl McFolling-Foster, Robert McFolling, Jr., Tanneh Parker, Rahel Parker, Azieb Parker and Faven Parker, along with nine great and great-great grandchildren. Founding member of The Ancillary Group (TAGgers), member of Hadassah (Women's Zionist Organization of America, Inc.), member of The National Catholic Society of Foresters and President Emeritus of Parker House Sausage Co. Earned an honorary doctorate of letters from Chicago State University. A devout Catholic and true humanitarian whose legacy will live on. Lying in state Thursday, August 12th, from 1 to 6 p.m. at Griffin Funeral Home, 3232 S. King Dr., Chicago, IL.
