Elizabeth Fernald Obituary
Born in Dover on February 13, 1925 the daughter of James and Jennie (Breen) Marcello, she graduated from Dover schools and lived in Dover for most of her life, moving to Rochester in 1996.
Betty enjoyed doing crafts, quilting and decorating.
She is survived by a daughter Lynn K. Marston and her husband Thomas of Rollinsford, a son James H. Fernald and his wife Patricia Robidas-Fernald of Hampton, a son-in-law Thomas Elliott of Berwick, ME, six grandchildren Jason & Laura Fernald, Lisa Macaluso, Thomas Goulet, Jonathan & Matthew Marston, and a great-grandson Anthony Macaluso.
Her husband Harold C. Fernald who died in 1989 and a daughter Pamela Elliott who died in 2001 predeceased her.
Relatives and friends are invited to call Monday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Tasker Funeral Home, 621 Central Ave., Dover.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Tasker Funeral Home, with Rev. Paul Ruzzo, associate pastor of St. Joseph Church officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary New Cemetery.
Memorials in her name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 360 Route #101, Suite 501, Bedford, NH 03110-5032.
