Eleanor Hebein Obituary

Hebein, Eleanor (nee Rochester), 80, longtime resident of Northbrook, June 29, 2011. Beloved wife of the late "Bob" Michael Hebein; loving mother of Gary (Vicki) Hebein, Lynn (David) Atkinson and Mark (Dina) Hebein; cherished grandmother of Sean (Dawn) and Corey Hebein, Lauren Atkinson, Ryan, Joshua and Zachary Hebein; great grandmother of Amber and Aaron Hebein; sister of Della May (Dick) Lobrano, Larry Rochester and the late Carl (Joyce) Rochester; aunt of many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Hebein was a Girl Scout leader and the former administrative assistant for the Director of Covenant Village. She was a longtime member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Glenview. Visitation Friday 4 to 7 pm at N.H. Scott & Hanekamp Funeral Home, 1240 Waukegan Rd. (just south of Lake Ave. on west side), Glenview. Visitation Saturday 10 am until time of funeral service 11 am at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1850 Chestnut, Glenview. Interment Immanuel Lutheran Churchyard. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1850 Chestnut, Glenview, IL, 60025 or American Cancer Society, 820 Davis St., Suite 400, Evanston, IL, 60201.
