Eleanor Curtis Obituary

ORRINGTON and ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. - Eleanor F. Curtis, 85, died peacefully Sept. 17, 2010, at a Bangor hospital. She was born Feb. 21, 1925, in Brewer, the daughter of Merle and Ruth (Lawrence) Spiller. She is survived by daughter, Linda Ireland and her husband, Richard, of Orrington; two grandsons, David Ireland of Orrington, and James Ireland and his wife, Libby, of Bangor; stepson, Alton Curtis Jr. of Orrington; and stepgrandchildren, Michael and Kelly Curtis of Orrington, Gail Abbas of Bradenton, Fla., and Stephen Curtis of Florida. She was predeceased by her husband, Alton Curtis; a grandson, Dennis Ireland; and two sisters, Dorothy Cornwall and Lucille Swett. A graveside service will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24, at Marston Cemetery, Orrington. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice. <>

Thoughts are with the family of Eleanor. Eleanor was a vital part of Tippecanoe Village here in Zephyrhills and will be missed by all here.

You are a great women, You will be sadly missed. Dennis and bump will be waiting to welcome you to the second most wonderful part of life.. You have made it to the greater part of life. We will be sad by your passing but also knowing how good a women you are we will also know you are definatly going on to enjoy time with god. Peace good luck with your journey
