Elaine was the youngest 82 year old lady that I know. She always had a smile on her face, was ready to donate time and money for good causes, and was ready to organize a party or luncheon at the drop of a hat. In fact, we talked in early December because she wanted some of her Moss friends to come to her house for lunch. We compromised in that it would be a pot luck event because we wanted her to have time to sit and chat with us. It was to be held January 4. She was always making plans for the future.
It was readily apparent to those who knew her that she loved her family dearly. Both Elaine and Leonard have a wonderful zest for life, and I shall miss her greatly. Elaine was an inspiration.
