Mac Intyre, Eileen (nee Gallagher). Loving wife for 52 years of Charles. Devoted mother of Madonna (Richard) Rice, Colleen (Mark) Nawrocki, Charles (Karen), and John (Kimberly). Proud grandmother of Kevin, Meghan, Brendan, Tim, Colin, Eileen, Clare, Kaitlyn, Samuel, Heather, Jackson, Ryan and Daniel. Loving sister of the late John (Breda) Gallagher and the late Mary Pat Weigel. Dearest sister-in-law of the late Jack (Albie) Mac Intyre. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, friends and her very loving caregiver, June Mac Intyre. Proud Eucharistic Minister and longtime parishioner of St. Linus Parish. Funeral Saturday 10:15 a.m. from Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd Street, Oak Lawn to St. Linus Church, Mass 11:00 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Visitation Friday 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Linus Endowment Fund or St. Linus St. Vincent DePaul Society, 10300 S. Lawler, Oak Lawn, IL 60453 will be appreciated. Dear Madonna Rice, My sympathy in the loss of your Mom, Eileen. I remember so well having you both in Coffee Break at Park Lane Church. Your gentle spirits, participation, and love of the Lord were most appreciated and admired.
Now, your Mom's anguish is over and she is rejoicing with the Lord. She will be missed as death is so final. Your vigal of care and love for her was such an example to me of Christ's love. I will be praying for you and the family and for your husband..

My fondest memories of Mrs. Mac were at her grandchildren's birthday parties over at Colleen and Mark's. She always had the most beautiful smile to share . . . she had an amazing way of making me feel welcome. Those were great times. With love, Susie Lebensorger
