Szudy, Edward Charles age 56, of Hillsboro, TN, formerly of Markham, IL passed away January 24, 2005. Beloved husband of Becky Szudy, son/stepson of the late Matthew and Theresa Gorga, loving father of Krys, Mystique and Edward Jr., grandfather of Talia Szudy and Miranda McCarthy, dear brother of Patrick, Matthew (Sue), Kathy (Joe) Richter and Frances Gorga. Army Veteran of Vietnam. He was laid to rest on Saturday, January 29th, at Hillsboro, TN.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

Thank you for your service Alex. Ed spoke of you many times. He had always talked of giving you a call. Time passes too quickly and we miss those moments. He spoke fondly of your time served together during such a difficult time. Nice to put a face to the name.

Ed and I shared 12 years of marriage together and I have many happy memories of some of the fun things we did. He was very spontaneous so there was never a dull moment. I will cherish these memories for the rest of my life. He gave me something very special. We share a daughter. I hope he is at peace and not chasing dreams but has found them. He'll be missed.
