It has been an honor to get to know Ed even if it has been for only a little while. Our last conversation with Ed was about the model trains that he was collecting to give terminally children. I asked to interview him for our newsletter. While I was not able to get the interview I still got to see the heart of the man.
He is missed. He is loved. He is alway faithful.

Dear Jeanie,
I am so sorry to hear of Ed's passing. As our lieutenant, Ed was our leader in name and spirit. He worried about us like a mother hen, as he lead us into some very dangerous places. His love for you was unbounded as he never stop talking about you. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
