Thezan-Curylo (nee Coughlin), fond father of Gloria (Robert) Mayer, Robert (Trudy) Thezan, Patricia (James) Van Henkelum and James W. Thezan, grandfather of 15, great-grandfather of 33, brother of Myles (Adeline) Curylo, Lorraine (Alex) Grzesik and Richard (Rose) Curylo, uncle of many nieces and nephews. Services Monday, 9 a.m., from Richard-Midway Funeral Home, 5749 Archer Ave., (corner of Lorel), to St. Symphorosa Church, 6135 S. Austin, Chicago, for 9:30 a.m. Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Retired from Western Electric after 35 years. Visitation Sunday, 4 to 9 p.m. 773-767-1840 or www.richardmidwayfh.com
