To all the Cowhey's,
I was so sorry to hear of the death of Uncle Ed. He was a very special man. I am also sorry I was unable to make the services; we were out of town. Please know that I will keep you all in my prayers at this difficult time.
Love,
Penny Hayes- Gibbs

I worked for Ed when he was a lieutenant in Englewood. He was a fine and honorable man and a pleasure to work for. My deepest sympathies to the family.

My sympathy to the family of Ed Cowhey. I worked with him when we were Seargents in the "old" Police Academy on O'Brien St. Always a witty and cheerful man.
