Krysinski, Edmund Walter With deep sorrow, the family of Edmund Walter Krysinski acknowledge his passing on May 5, 2005. He was 69. Ed was born on Chicago's South Side to Edmond and Stephanie Krysinski, both deceased. Also deceased, Ed's younger brothers, Thomas (Linda) and Martin, big sister, Elaine (Frank, deceased) Billeck, also survived by loving and devoted wife, Mary Jean, two daughters, Julie (Neil) Motti, of Kissimmee, FL., and Linda (Arthur) Glowacki, of Celebration, FL., one son, Kenneth (Lynn), of Dyer, IN. He will be greatly missed by grandchildren, Nick and Kristina Motti, Eddy, Elizabeth, and Michaela Krysinski, and Matthew and Alexander Glowacki, also survived by ten nieces and nephews. Ed (a.k.a. Beefy), graduated from St. Frances de Sales in 1954, where he was the captain of the Varsity Basketball Team. He made the All-City League and started as a forward. Ed remained close with his high school friends throughout his life. The memories of these friends and the times they shared always brought him great joy. Ed served in the United States Army from 1958-1962. He was stationed in Fort Leonardwood, Missouri. He was discharged SPIV. Ed met the love of his life, Mary Jean, at a dance in Roseland. They remained devoted and loving partners in marriage for the next 45 years. Mary Jean lovingly supported and cared for Ed through a lengthy illness. She gave him strength, courage, and boundless love until his dignified and peaceful end. In 1967, Ed founded K Construction Company, Inc. He specialized in building homes, condominiums, town homes, and commercial buildings in the south suburbs and Northwest Indiana. In more recent years, Ed spent most of his time developing land while his son, Ken, assumed responsibility for the construction business. Ed, (Eddie K, the Polish Prince), enjoyed Polish food, polka music, cars, fishing, and war history. His life was a living testament of love and loyalty to his family and friends. His absence will be felt by many, for he touched others with his witty, boisterous, and charismatic spirit. May fond memories bring comfort to those who mourn his passing.
