Franklin, Earl "Nick" G. age 89, Veteran of WWII, US Navy, beloved husband of Margaret "Babe" (nee Berkery), loving father of the late Michael "Benjy" (Marianne, CPD 009), Kathy (John) Arvetis, Patrick, Thomas (Terri), Peggy (Daniel) Stecky, Marie (Daniel, CFD) McAuliffe and Danny, proud grandfather of 11, great-grandfather of 10, fond brother-in-law to Mary Berkery, dear uncle and great-uncle to many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Jude League, 205 W. Monroe,7th FL., Chicago, IL 60606. Interment services will be held on Wednesday, where family and friends will gather at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL at 1:45 p.m. Services set for 2:00 p.m. Visitation Tuesday at Zarzycki Manor Chapels, 5088 S. Archer (at Keeler), from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. 773-582-6294.
