Dovie Laird Obituary
Laird, Dovie Ann born Sept. 19, 1923 passed away Sept. 23, 2007. Beloved wife of the late William Armstrong, loving mother of Elizabeth Jane Singleton and Henry Allen (Brenda) Porter, grandmother of Carla Michelle Singleton, William (Freida) Porter, Grayland Porter and Brian Porter, sister-in-law of Sarah A. Green, and many other loving family and friends. Services were held Sept. 28th, at Bethel Church of God, Columbia, TN.

Grandma,
It´s been 18 years now since you left us!! The sting is no longer there and so much has happened in my life over the years. Sadly one thing stays consistent, I miss you so much!!! I can´t wait to see you and hug you once again! By the way mom, your daughter look like you more and more every day!

I miss you so much. It has been 2 months now since you have been gone and everything is so much different without you.I would love have you here to have my morning arguments, Sunday evening hair appointments. I can't wait you see you a again... I love you!!!
