DOUGLAS KENYON Obituary

Douglas Paul Kenyon 1920 ~2011 Douglas Paul Kenyon, age 90, passed away February 24, 2011 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born June 17, 1920 in Lund, NV to Isabella Smith and Douglas Beauchene Kenyon. He was a member of the LDS Church. Douglas is survived by his wife Jayne Dykens, children Bonnie Basta, Sondra Young (Jon), eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by wife Virginia Kenyon, second marriage Lupita Kenyon, son Jerald Kenyon, grandson Jerry D. Branca, great grandchild Corianne Young, son-in-law Dan Basta. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at the Winder Stake Center, 4366 S. 1500 E., SLC, UT. The family will receive friends Monday, February 28, from 6-8 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 S. Highland Drive, SLC, and on Tuesday, March 1 from 10:00-10:45 a.m. at the Winder Stake Center prior to the service. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
