Dorothy Mae Martin, of Dallas, a native of Pelham, Texas, a Dallas Independent School District schoolteacher until her retirement, passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2000. Viewing is scheduled for Sunday, December 3, 2000, after 11 a.m., at Black and Clark Funeral Home Funeral Directors and Embalmers, 2517 East Illinois Avenue, Dallas. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, December 4, 11 a.m., at Smith Chapel A.M.E. Church, 2406 Childs Street, Dallas, officiated by Vincent G. Jackson FDIC. Interment will be at Pelham Community Cemetery, Pelham. Arrangements entrusted to Black and Clark Funeral Home Funeral Directors and Embalmers, Dallas, Texas.
