Dori I know you are missed...I am lucky to have been your friend all these years, I miss our long phone call conversations, Lady I just miss you so much. I send my prayers and thoughts to your family.

Of the many treasured memories I have of Dori, I will most often think of the countless young people, who in their search of a career, whose lives she indelibly touched with her wisdom, guidance, encouragement, professionalism, and by her simply caring. Indeed the world has lost a great human being. Literally there is in excess well over a thousand the number of people whose lives she touched at both The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago (CHIC) and at Fox College. She was not just an interviewer, she was their friend! I had the privilege and honour to work with her at both schools and I can say she will be sorely missed by those who truly are admissions professionals, not only because she was an inspiration to them, but because she set the standard by which all admissions professionals ought to aspire.
