I was so sorry to hear about "Big" Don's passing. I worked with him in the old St. Paul days. He was always there to help me out when I needed something fixed. His warm smile and friendly disposition will be missed.

Hello All - Donny was my uncle. I'm the oldest of the 11 nieces & nephews he had. It's probably safe to say that I was the most spoked, too!! My fondest memories were going to Brookfield Zoo every Wednesday, because he worked at a bank and the banks were closed on Wednesday's, so when Gram babysat me before I attended school or during summer breaks, Uncle Donny didn't let a Wednesday go by without taking me to the zoo. If he was feeling sick or not in the "zoo mood", he still wouldn't let me down, and off to the zoo we'd go! Uncle Donny was a guy who liked to be alone. He was to himself but loved to laugh and was a caring and giving guy. There wasn't anything he wouldn't do for anyone. He was a quirky, goofy guy, but those were the things we all loved him for. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten. We love you, Uncle Donny! You're now our guardian angel....God Bless!....Love, Your Oldest Niece, Cindy.
