Mundie M.D., Donald R. age 84, of Evanston, beloved husband of Betty (nee Champion); loving father of Donna (Joseph Hendershot), Greg (Jeanne), Cathy (Robert Meyer), Ben (Lisa), Patty (Drew Richardson), Jennifer (James Rasmussen) and Ian (Jackie); dear grandfather of 20, brother of John, Patricia, Tom, Ross and Bruce. Memorial Service 3 p.m. Sunday, November 25, at Lake Street Church, 607 Lake St, Evanston, IL. 60201. Thank you Dad for smiling down on Louis' wedding, Sat. Oct. 11th! You would have been very proud and happy for him. His was just beaming. Mom was so happy she got to "dance at his wedding". She was beautiful! We all love and miss you so very much!

Dearest Dad,
It's been a year today since you left us. I miss you terribly and think about you every day. Your whole family really missed you this past weekend when your first grandchild, Louis was married. I hope you were able to see his beautiful, beaming face next to his radiant new wife, Nicole. I know they were thinking of you as much as we all were. I love you so much and will carry you in my heart until the end of time.

The Duffy family is so sorry to hear about the loss of Dr. Mundie. He was a great friend to Tom and Steph as well as a wonderful doctor for the Duffy kids. We have such respect for the dedicated care he provided through the St. Francis clinic. All our best to the Mundie family.

Dr. Mundie was a great, compassionate pediatrician. He took care of our children with such care. He'd be such a wonderful role model for any young person in medicine today. I salute him & thank him for it.

Dr. Mundie was my doctor from age 5 through age 14.
What a wonderful man he was along with Dr. Duffy. They both had compassion that would be a calming affect on their patients.I was never upset that I had to see the doctors.
May God bless the soul of this great man.
