My family and i met don about 2 years ago when we moved to florida. He was our neighbor and he was a very nice person. We just found out yesterday that he had passed on and we are very sad that we won't be seeing him this winter. To his wife we are very sorry for your loss and we will miss him very much, and if you will not be coming back we will miss you to. I just want to say thank you for being such nice people. Sorry for your loss Kevin, Audra, Joshua ,Brianna & little Cassidy

I worked with Don when he was part time security at Lebolt & Co. And I always talked to him when I did full time secutiry at the bank at Archer and keeler when he came in as a customer. I always had fun with him when he was walking the beat downtown, by walking behind him and saying "officer i was only parked there a minute" As he was giving someone a parking ticket. Don was a very brave and good man, whenever there was something going on concerning trouble he was in the thick of it. He was my bodyguard as I carried thousands of dollars in diamonds to wabash st. I could not have been safer. Rest in Peace Don, say hi to Gert, and the old Swede, Andy for me. It was an honor to know you. Wade Lucas
