Donald Krasny Obituary

My prayers and thoughts are with the Krazny family. I worked with Don at Morton Salt for many years and enjoyed his friendship and good company and have many happy memories.

Don: May you rest in peace in the comfort of our Lord Jesus and may he watch over your family in all eternity. I will miss you greatly my friend.

i met Don at Morton Salt and instantly enjoyed our talks a/b baseball, bowling, his family and more. i will surely miss him and will pray for him and family

I remember Donnie from our days at Morton Salt and playing in softball tournaments in St Louis. It was funny how he would joke at us old guys trying to compete with the youngsters.
He was a character.....much too young to go.

I worked with Don since he was a kid at Morton -- over 20 years and he was a real piece of work! Funny! He, Timmy & I laughed so much-- together, at ourselves -- he made work great! The softball tournaments -- oh the stories we could tell from those, but I'll just keep them in my memory. When he got sick, it just shows that life is not fair. Whenever I think of him, I'll always have a smile on my face.

I am very sorry for your loss. I am a friend of Jim and he always spoke so highly of Don stating what a great father, husband and man he was. My deepest sympathy to you all. May he rest in peace.

Kraz, some of the best memories of my life were playing hockey with you or just being around you. I always admired your determination to better yourself and come out on top. I've always remembered that about you and will never forget you.

1'm so very sorry for your loss. His presence at the Chicago Catholic League will be greatly missed. He was a dedicated coach whose commitment and courage has been an inspiration to both bowlers and coaches alike. I pray for God to comfort you in this difficult time.

I've known Don since 7th grade. He did not let the bad influences of our youth get to him. We truly have lost one of the good ones. Rest assure he is with GOD now.
