Great track coach and man who cared about his students. He helped me to be the best athlete I could be. Lucky to know Mr. Ferchau years after I graduated EP too. Rest in peace Coach.

Worked a few spring, summer, and fall golf seasons with Don at Hickory Hills and Palos
golf courses. We were starters, bartenders, worked the desk selling golf tickets, golf balls,
etc., set up for dinners, taking care of rowdy customers when necessary. We were a great team and took no prisoners. We worked hard and long hours and had a million laughs. Really enjoyed each others company. God bless a good friend. Eddie O'

Words cannot even express the joy and fun Uncle Don brought to our family. And even though we only saw he and Aunt Helen once a year, we knew from their cards and birthday phone calls that they were always thinking about us. The world feels like a sadder place with Uncle Don's passing.
