Kathy and DeAnn you may remember me but do not think that I ever met you Cris. I am the cousin that met you at your grandmothers (my Aunt Lelia's) funeral. Your father, Joan Sawyer, your uncle Buster, Nate Sawyer and I all attended the Weare Center School back in the '40's. It was a one room school house, old pot belly stove that had to be fed during the winter, no school buses so we all had to walk, i lived in the big farm house on the top of Slacks Hill (do not know what it is called now) Did your Dad ever tell you about his horse "Chatty". I remember it well. Many good times at Mount William. Would love to hear from any of you as now there is only Nate, Judy Greer, my brother Bruce and me left of that generation.

To The Fam,

It was such a privilege to be able to take over the reigns from Esther and care for you Don. I am so sad that it was for such a short time, but for your sake, I am at peace with the little time it was. It broke my heart to see you struggling a little more each day. You were my buddy and I am going to miss you so much. They say everything happens for a reason. Little did we know that Cris and Kathy reuniting was for this reason. You can trust me when I say that those two will never be apart again. Kathy, I love you. Thanks for having my back and being there for me. Please know that I am always there for you. A bond has been made between the two families that is absolutely amazing and is one that cannot be touched. Looking forward to making many more Buxton memories at the camp.

Esther - you are an angel. We can never thank you enough for what you did for Don and the care you gave him. He was so fortunaet to have you loving him. You are a part of this family and will be always. Hope to see you soon.

Don - I love you and will miss you terribly. Can still hear you calling for me.

Give Bev and Barb hugs for us.

Love You Donnie,

Your Favorite - Wheezy!!

To my Family and my Dad,

I do not have the words to express the sadness that I feel due to your passing Dad. At the same time I feel happiness in that Dad, you are no longer in pain and you are back in Ma's arms. I can tell you that I would not have traded even a second for the life I had growing up with Ma and Dad as my parents. That made me who I am today. Thank you Dad for that push I needed to open up my heart again to Cris. Having all of us together again is amazing. The love is unbreakable! To find that both Cris and I have mini-mes is just too much and I know that Dad picked right up on it and it made him smile and laugh. My heart goes out to Esther and the girls. I cannot ever thank them enough for all that they did for Dad. They will always hold special place in my heart and my life. I love you all and will always. Ma and Dad, I know you are still with me every day and I will continue to look to the both of you for guidance. Thank you for loving me.

I will never forget the times that I have spent with my Grandpa. I always remember him picking blackberries at the camp ground, playing cards and giving my Dad a hard time. I was so thankful that he and my Grammy we more than happy to accept me into the Buxton family! I will always Love them both and miss them, and I look forward to the time I have with the rest of that loving family. I wouldn't trade that for the world. Dad my heart goes out to you and Aunt Kathy! I love you!

Dear Grandpa,
Thank you for being a great part of my life, for being there for me, for loving me, supporting me, for just being my grandfather that i could brag about. A day will never pass that i will not think about you and grammy. I also want to thank you for bringing Aunt Kathy back into my life, in reality she is my twin, my sister, and one of my best friends. With Aunt Kathy came holli and Dylan, who i love so very much. Thank you for everything, for the great memories and good times. Play a good game of hold'em for me and winn the pot! Good luck beating Grammy at cribbage! Take his money Grammy. He took all of mine! I love you and miss you always, your granddaughter Taylor
Ps. Esther, thank you for EVERTHING, you are such a blessing in this family, we will never forget the love and compassion you poured into my grandfather. We love you very much.

To My Family,

My mom was lucky to have a guy like dad and dad was lucky to have a gal like mom. I will miss them both forever. There is never a day I do not think about you mom and now it is you too dad. Now it is time for Kathy and I to carry on that tradition and unconditional love and care for our kids. God bless you Mom and Dad. Esther, I will love you and respect you and never forget everything you did for dad during his sickness when he needed you the most. You have been a comfort for this family and I am sure Ma would be most appreciative too. I love my family. Peace out Dad!!
