Hi Dominick. When I heard about you, I thought about you all the time. When my mom died, I don't remember getting to see you much after that. The times I did get to see you, were like as if we saw each other every day. What I knew about you I loved. YOU WERE LIFE! It meant a lot to me that you got to meet my husband. He's a great man. As you know, I have 3 very special children. I wish they could've meet you. I've read over all the memories here of you and crying as I type this. It makes me mad we didn't stay in touch. I talk to you in my prayers though. I hope you hear them.
Boy you can tell how much the family loves and missses you. I hope one day I can meet your kids again. Joshua's memories were just beautiful. You must be so proud. As you know, I'm friends with Marcy on Facebook and I've been able to reconnect with Char, Donna, and Roxanne. It's been very nice to see them.
I'm sad we won't get to visit anymore on earth but for now, I'll speak to you in my prayers and wait till we meet again. Please give my mom and tia a hug for me. Love always, Lia

Hey, we're (my family) are missing you everyday. We went to the pier and met some wonderful people. There was a young boy fishing. Guess what his name is? Josh. He gave Fredo a fishing lure to leave there as a tribute to you. He was really sweet. I am always a day late now. I'm expecting you to have a good watch over my family right now. Hey Dom,

Happy Birthday to you. I love you lots and always will. Rox & I went to your favorite spot, and shared some time with for your birthday. Of course you know that. It was cool because there was this lil turtle going out on the lake. He was fighting the waves and you could see his lil head. It remined me how know matter what you always kept on pluggung. I admire you for that. I had the best week because I was lucky enough to see alot of my family that I hardly ever get to see. So it was great for me. Keep us in your prayers and keep sending us your love, as we keep you in our hearts. Till we meet again.

Well pop, today is your and mom's anniversary, like i have to tell you. If I were to buy her flowers I know her heart would want only one thing, you. Obviously I can't buy you anything, but I promise to go fishing at our spot as soon as I can. Rachael and Jordi are doing good. i think about you everyday. I sometimes have dreams, that we're together, all of us, you me, momma and rachie. Sometimes I wake up crying, I just cant believe you're gone. Poppa, i really need you. I know you once told me you had prepared me to be the best man I could be and that it was supposed to be hard and when I make it I will be stronger. I just wish you were still here so I could hear your answers. We talk everyday, but I wish I could still hear your answers and get a hug. Dear Dom,
I can't belive a year has passed since you have gone to your new home in heaven with god. I think of all the good times we have had, and the bad, but mostly the good when we were kids. Mr. Booty's tomato garden realy comes to mind a lot with me. We thought we were doing such a good thing for grampa. Who would have thought that we would get away with that one? I always treasured the times that we would talk online. Some times I sit in the yard and look up at the stars and think that you are watching over us, protecting us like the big brother you are to us. Dear Dom hi I went on the gust book on my b-day 7-18-59 to tell you that I am your twin toady, and I am proud to be your twin for a month. But was you know we eill be twins for a year. I wish it was just for the month. I always loved how we would kid and say we are twins. I always think about you and miss you so very much. I planted these little peppers that I got last year in AZ. from the flowers we had for you. I took the seeds and planted them thos year. They were not growing so I started to talk to them. I would so come om Dom you need to grow so I can seed them and do it all over next year. And your little yellow peppers begain to grow they are doing very good. I hope to give seeds to how every wants them and they can grow them to in a garden nad we all can have dom's yellow peppers. I just want to tell you how much I love you and miss you I am proud to call you me tiwn and big brother.

Hey Dom, I know that I am two weeks late for your birthday, but I certainly couldn't talk to you on your birthday. Well, I actually did. As you know Rox and I shared some itty bitty birthday cupcakes with you at the pier. It was really nice. We were able to chill with you and remember you on your day. You picked the best place ever to be. It was really beautiful out. It was the first day of Chicago's annual air and water show. You know we all miss you something awful. You left a gigantic whole in our hearts. In another month it will already be one whole year without you. I just can't believe it. This was a milestone birthday for you, your 5oth. WOW. Well, you didn't get to celebrate it, but you had quite a few wonderful birthdays anyway. I know it's late, but I just want to wish you a HAPPY 50TH BIRTHDAY, HONEY. I went to a fishing pond I use to take the kids when they were little. They liked to fish there. i just sat and talked to you for a bit. As i was talking to you a fish jumped up. Hey Dom, Today is the 7th of August. Just 5 days ago your lil girl got married. On August 2, 2008, Rachael joined the Pradas family. I really don't know them all that well, but what I have seen of them they are wonderful. I know that you know this already. I'm telling you the wedding was just beautiful. She looked so gorgeous and beautiful. She was just radiant. Marcy looked very beautiful also. Josh was just as handsome as ever. I know you were there in spirit, plus otherwise. The ceremony was real nice , and the rabbi was a jokester. It was good. The food was just great. We really enjoyed it. Then there was some dancing. Of course you were on everyone's minds and in our hearts. There was a special song played on your behalf, which brought the whole place to tears. It was torrential. We are all missing you too much. Josh set the music up with all the songs that Rachael wanted to have. After the tearjerker song, they really kicked it up with a fun dancing song. We all we on the floor at one time or another. It was a great wedding. We had the best time. I love and miss you boy. I can't believe it is going to be one year already in just two months. It still doesn't seem real. This Christmas is so hard to bear without you...all of my heart is so empty.....I just wanna sleep..... I am trying Poppa really I am....How do I ease this pain....nobody can help....all I hear is Merry Christmas Darling every where.....it's no Christmas...it will NEVER be again.....Know that no matter what I am doing...

It has taken me a long me to do this, but what do you say about a man who was larger than life. You always knew if Uncle Dom was in the room. He loved to have a good time and always wanted everyone to have a good time. I remember all the family parties with Uncle Dom when I was little. There was the block party where he walked around in a grass skirt, apple picking, trips to the beach. Then there were the weekened get togethers just because. We seemed to do that alot back then. I always loved when I got to spend the night at his house, Aunt Marcy, Rachael, Josh and him were always so close. They did so much as a family,and were so close it was fun to be with them. Jay will never forget the day he met Uncle Dom, and we still have the pictures of them dancing to remember. However much to my regrett as we got older all the kids grew up and started having families of our own, and the wild family parties have long ago ended. Uncle Dom will surely be missed.

The thing I loved about Dominick were his hugs. They were full, warm, and loaded with love. I will miss that forever.

I have found some peace in the thought that he and my dad are probably together laughing and wrestling or lounging on a cloud watching the bears.

To the Galvan family, Dominick I know of you from your sister Donna,but what I is that you were a great person to be around and how you made them laugh. My throughts and paryers to the whole family.

Dominick was one of my favorite cousins -- he was a funny, crazy guy. One of my favorite childhood memories is of the two of us playing and pretending to run away and hide from "Mr. Wind". Another favorite memory is of the time Dominick taught me to cook. Yep, he taught me how to make scrambled eggs. There we were, standing at the stove on kitchen chairs making scrambled eggs while his dad and our grandfather talked downstairs. No one knew what we were doing. We made eggs, made a mess (probably got into trouble) but had a blast! Life took us on different paths as adults and as sometimes happens, we drifted apart. But I will miss Dominick.

Dear Dominick it is a great honor to have you as my big brother. You were always there in good times and in bad,you could always make me laugh even when I was sad. You will always be in my heart and in my thoughts. I know the next time I hear a bell that will mean to me that my angel Dom has gotten his wings. With al my love your little sister moe.
