I am so sorry to hear about Dody passing and that I could not attend the services to pay my respects. Dody was the most amazing lady, always with smile on her face and kind words. She somehow always knew what to say to make it alright, no matter what it was you we struggling with. And she always knew exactly how to light the fire to get you motivated to do what you needed to do, the right thing.
I will cherish the time I got to spend with this angel for the rest of my life.
Rest In Peace, mama moon.

Even after so many years, my face brightens and my heart warms over my memories of Dody. She was so kind and mentoring to me at TWA when I first started in 1981. Much later after I moved on after 10 years, I shared with Dody that I was teaching at Morgan Park and therein learned it was her alma mater. My heartfelt prayers and thoughts are with her loving family and friends.

Dear Jim, Elizabeth and family of Dody. I send my deepest condolences on the loss of this lovely lady. We started together at TWA over 50 years ago. She was a wonderful person and I will remember her always. So glad I got to see her at the TWA Annual Christmas party. It won't be the same without her.

My heart is breaking . Dody never missed an opportunity to be kind , loving , caring , sympathetic and helpful . I am so grateful to have spent time with such a special human being . She enriched all my days at TWA . I left Chicago years ago ; yet , I took with me a wealth of memories. I will never forget the twinkle in her eye , her wonderful smile , the loving stories of Jim & Elizabeth , and how she cared enough to listen and give advise . She was the one who explained and convinced me to get my first 401K . Through every move that I have made , a wooden heart magnet she gave me goes on my frig to remind me of her daily . Words here are so inadequate because this is such a huge loss to so many .

Jimmy - We are so saddened by the passing of Dody. She was one of the most kind, loving, genuine and just all around special person that I have ever met. We always loved seeing you when we would come visit our family in Elgin and Chicago. Alex says he's still up for grabs if you want to take him home with you :) Our deepest sympathies to you and your family, and to our Aunt Sue.
