Diane Pujdak Obituary

Pujdak, Diane J. (nee Wozniak) Age 73, a 15 year resident of Tinley Park, formerly of Chicago, West Lawn neighborhood, passed away peacefully at home on July 12, 2015 surrounded by her loved ones. Preceded by her husband, "Freddie" in 2010 and her brother, Ron. She is survived by her loving sons, Rick of Basalt, CO and Doug of Georgetown, TX; sister-in-law, Kathleen Wozniak of Tinley Park; brother-in-law, Richard (Cynthia) Pujdak of Chicago; Godchild, Cindy Wozniak; nephew, Ronnie; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Also leaves her best friend, "TT." A retired IL Bell Telephone operator, she was known as "Queen of Choclate Chip Cookies". Mass will be held Monday, July 20th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen Deacon & Martyr Church, 17500 S. 84th Ave., Tinley Park, IL 60477.
