Batterson (nee Tonkovich), 88 of Barrington, formerly of Chicago at rest January 22, 2005, beloved wife of the late Wellington William Batterson, devoted sister of Anne Johnson, Lillian (Bill) Krilich Fraser and Frank (Peggy) Tonkovich, cherished aunt of Roseann (Gregg) Loesch, Debbie (John) Sebek, Robin Keel, Barbara (Steve) Berry, Sandra (Karl) Schnackenburg and Rob (Amanda) Krilich, many great-nieces and great-nephews. Visitation Tuesday, 3 to 8 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main Street (Lake-Cook Rd.), Barrington. Funeral service Wednesday 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine. Memorials to the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago, 75 Remittance Drive, Suite 1907, Chicago, IL 60675-1907 appreciated.
