Barta, Dennis W. dear father of Kelly and stepfather of William McGing, loving son of the late Eugene and Avis (nee Kelchner) Barta, fond brother of Eugene "Buddy" Barta. Memorial Service at the Parkside Chapels & Cremation Services, (Dalcamo Funeral Directors), 5948 South Archer Avenue (2 blks. W. of Central Ave. at Major) on Saturday, January 31, 2009 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. 773-767-9788.

Dennis was well thought of by is co-workers at Traffic. He could always make you laugh even when you didn't want to. For such a slim man Dennis could eat. I remember bringing him oxtail soup and fried fish on many occasions. He would say his mother use to fix some of the same foods. Dennis had no problem sharing whatever he had. He will be missed. God Bless to the Family.

Dennis he could always make me laugh i knew him to have a big heart if all he had was a half plate of food he would give you half of that when we'd come to work he'd say angie is it time to go home yet my answer was always not yet Dennis it was a pleasure and a blessing to work and have him in my life for the last ten years know that he will be missed love to the family from his second family at traffic
