To the family of David Sher: I extend my condolences upon your tragic loss. I don't know you, but, David Sher was an employee of the MWRDGC and I felt, when I found out, that all former employees should stick together and extend to their families our care and support in this, your time of extreme grief. So very sorry for your loss. Diane Casey 1964-1994 Retired MOB
