Carcelli Jr., parents, Louis "Babe" F. Sr., and Delphine A. (nee Jaggers) Carcelli, stepsons, Joseph and Jack Schuit, preceded in death by a brother, Louis F. Carcelli Jr.. loved by many aunts, uncles and cousins. David was a retired Chicago Heights Police Sergeant. Visitation on Sunday, October 4th, 2009, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Monee Funeral Home, 5450 Wilson St. (at Governors Hwy.), Monee, IL 60449. Mr. and Mrs. Carcelli, I am so sad to hear about David. I grew up with David on 23rd street. He hung around my brother, John Quatrini, all the time. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.
