David Boyle Obituary

Boyle, David R. David R. Boyle, 62, passed away on February 2, 2011. Activist, Attorney, US Marine, Vietnam, Real Estate Broker, Contractor and best friend of Nadine Boyle. Son of the late Phillip and Marie Boyle, Son in law of Sonia and Peter Harris. Brother of Denise Boyle, Cecilia (Frank) Sullivan, the late Brian (Marilyn) Boyle. Uncle of Mary Schumacher, Bonnie,Matthew and Colleen Sullivan, Philip, Timothy and Robert Boyle. A celebration of David's life will be held at the VFW hall, 1529 S. Harlem, Berwyn, IL on February 19th from 11 AM to 2 PM, lower level. "All men die, not all men truly live" -from Braveheart. David Boyle truly lived, on his own terms, every moment of his life.

Nadine,
Dave was one of the great ones. A fighter. A believer. A crusader.
Then again, that applies to the two of you as a couple. Together you were greater than the sum of your parts. An amazing team. The two of you taught a lot of reporters---including this one---a continuing class in civics not found in conventional classrooms. I am so sorry.
