My Father spoke highly of the four of you!
and I want you all to know that no matter what happens I will always consider you family. I only wish that we could have been in a closer location so we all could become closer as a family......at any rate we all have one thing in common........we Love Dad!

I want you to know that My Father was a better person for knowing you and that you were the best thing that happened to him after my mother passed away. You made him so incredibly happy and the two of you were a match made in heaven. The Love between you both was quite obvious. I also want you to know that nothing will change!

Dad, First of all I love you very much!! Second please remember that you will be missed by many people. Everytime I hear a joke I will think of you. I hate to see you go because you brought such joy to the faces of many people in this world. You are truly a wonderful human being!

I was telling mom earlier that you are the best fish she ever reeled in...and I mean that sincerely. You were the one who showed her what it REALLY felt like to be loved. I remember teasing you both about being tired of hearing the sound of 'water dripping'...which was actually the sound of the kisses you shared.

Thank you for being there for David. I know you made him happy in the short time you shared. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I want to thank you first for loving my mother. The love that I saw shared between you still touches me today. Secondly, I want to thank you for taking me in to your home, and family in Texas, 11 years ago. If it were not for you, with your patience, and generosity, I would never know the opportunities I've had.

David, I will remember your compassion on the day I called you to ask if you would get a message to Don when he was in Nigeria to tell him of my mothers death, you were so thoughful and so full of sympathy as to even suggest sending for Don to come home.
