I worked with Darlene at Ocwen. She was the only person I would do overtime for. She was a great person with a kind heart. We shared the same birthdate and she would always tell me I reminded her of her son. Darlene will be greatly missed.

Dear Ed and Children,
I was so very sorry to hear of Darlene's passing. We were friends from the American Legion Juniors in elementary school, went through Lourdes High School and Sunday morning bowling at Jay Bees bowling alley, and stood up to each others' weddings. I'll never forget how beautiful she looked for your high school dances and our proms-her aunt always whipped up the most gorgeous gowns. Darlene was a math whiz and I had to study hard to keep up with her in Honors Math classes! Unfortunately, we lost touch when you moved to Ishnala after your wedding. Please accept my deepest sympathy and know that I am thinking of you........

I met Darlene through my cousins Cathi
and Claudia. Once you met Darlene you
felt as if you had been friends forever! She was always so much fun to be with and so full of life! I see
that our birthdays were one day apart!
I think we had a lot more than that in
common! She will be missed by so many
but what a comfort it must be to know
she was so loved and touched so many people's lives in such a positive way.
My deepest sympathy to her family and many friends.

My deepest and most sincere sympathies. As with other friends of Darlene's, I worked with her at OCWEN. What a funny, generous and smart/wise woman. I am saddened that such a great woman is gone too soon. Like others say, Darlene could put a huge smile on your face but, even moreso, a lift in your spirit. To those who she has left behind, know that she made an impression on many people and that she was much loved and will be so sadly missed.

Our deepest Christian sympathy to Ed, Tracy & Dan. Our son Dirk played OYA baseball with Danny. I enjoyed being a baseball mom on the sidelines with Darlene who was always fun to be with. May the Lord comfort you & be with you at this very sad time.

Dear Ed, Tracy and Dan, Chuck and I want to extend our deepest and fondest regards to you and your family. I knew Darlene at least 30 years. I worked with her, bowled with her, played scrabble with her, traveled with her and loved her with all my heart. Our "group" had been her sisters that she never had. She was a doll and I will truly miss her. I am so glad she is at peace. I am sure she has bowled four 300 games already. God Bless. Love, Karen and Chuck.

Darlene was my boss in Downers Grove, for a year. She was one of the nicest Ladys, I ever met. She was a great boss and fun to be with. She was a classy Lady. I can't believe she's gone. I am sure she's in Heaven.

Darlene was a terrific friend, and a wonderful mother and wife. I got to know Darlene through my sister Claudia when we started bowling on the same league. Through the years we became closer and have had so many great times together socializing with our circle of friends. We had so much fun traveling, bowling, playing bocce ball, and just being friends. I also will treasure these memories forever. Our entire family extends our deepest sympathy to you.

Darlene was the best of friends. She was instrumental in training me when I entered the mortgage business. I will never forget her mentoring technique "read your notes". Our friendship developed over the years and included bowling, bocce ball, vacationing on cruises, London, our many trips to Vegas and just floating in the pool. I will treasure these memories forever.
Love,
Claudia
