Daniel Stanish Obituary

Stanish, Daniel James 78, of Round Lake Beach, passed away Saturday, September 4, 2010 at his home. He was born in Chicago on February 27, 1932 to Stanley and Stephanie Stanish. He was an inspector for Automatic Electric in Northlake and served in the US Navy during the Korean War. He is survived by his daughters, Paula Stanish and Cindy (Geno) VanCleve; his son, Dale Stanish; his daughter-in-law, Nancy Papciak, his caregiver "sister" Janina Tokarczykk; sister-in-law of Joan Stanish, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Elaine, and his brother, Norm Stanish. Friends of the family may visit Friday, September 10, 2010 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 East Belvidere Road (Route 120) Grayslake, IL 60030. The funeral service is at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, September 11, 2010 also at Strang Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Libertyville.
