Dan never spoke about his escapades in Viet Nam, but he was a true hero in every sense of the word. He was a medic the received 2 Bronze Stars and not many people knew this. I just felt they should since he would never talk about it himself. Even though I haven't seen him much over the last several years I'll still miss him very much.
