Jamie, Kristy, and Danny Boy,
I will miss my Uncle Danny, he made me laugh, and always told me jokes. My mom is broken-hearted, and she wishes she could just talk to him one more time, and tell him how much she loved him. She loved him so much, and says that he is the best big brother that anyone can ask for. They have so many memories to share, and she will remember them all. We know that he is in heaven with Nana, but we miss her and will miss him just as much. We talk to Nana all of the time, and now we will talk to him too. He will always watch over us, and keep us safe. We have two guardian angels now, and we will never forget them.
We love you guys so much.
Just know that we will
always be here for you.

Love,
Aunt Joy, Uncle Nick,
Alyssa,Lindsey,and Nikki

Kristy and Jamie-

I'm so sorry for the loss of your Dad. He was a great man and when I heard he past, I was in total shock. It's been a while since we've seen one another, but I can't even begin to imagine how it feels to lose someone so close. I wish I would have found out about it earlier so I could have come to the wake. I'm in a complete shock and can't believe he is gone. I send you guys my deepest condolences and wish nothing but the best for you.

I love you girls and keep your head up.

Our sincere and heartfelt prayers to the entire family and police family of Officer Daniel C.: Officer Dan, you will always be remembered for your special smile and kind words of encouragement to the Gold Star Families. You were always there for us, and let us know that you would never forget our loved ones. We will be forever grateful for your love and support that you showed to our families. Now it is time of us to give back to you, and we will. Officer Dan, we will be there for your family, now and in the hard days ahead. Your brothers and sisters in blue are hurting so bad. There are no words to express this pain that is in their hearts. Everybody is hurting so bad, and many tears are being shed for you. Everybody is still in a state of shock. Some of us met your beautiful family members today, gave them our word, that together we will go through this time of deep sorrow. We know that we get stronger as we stay together. Thank you for your years of hard work, integrity, sacrifice, dedication, perservance and love. We love you and will never forget you. You were a remarkable Police Officer, definitely one of Chicago's Finest.

Dad,

I love you so much!!! I don't know how I'm going to go on without you. There was so much more to do with you, but I want to make you proud. You were always there for me....good and bad times. You put a smile on my face and even went out of your way to bring me coffee. I know it's ridiculous but even stupid fast food places remind me of you...almost everything does. I wanted to at least tell you goodbye, but I know you're in heaven now. You were a good and hardworking man, always wanted to make everything ok with everybody. You'll always be my dad no matter what!

I love you,
Kristy
