I had the pleasure of mtg Danette thru Nicky Spazio, when I worked at the Redwood & I'm ever so grateful to have been introduced to such a wonderful woman. Danette and I moved in to the old neighborhood at the same time during 8th grade. I made it through, partly because of her, we stuck together. She was very fun to hang around with. She sang a solo at our graduation. She had such a beautiful voice. I could stand not seeing her for 30 years, but I can't stand to think she is gone.
