Cindy was a great neighbor and we have fond memories of sharing stories on the front porch. Our kids also waited for the school bus on her front porch, because she was thoughtful and generous to offer that. (they were supposed to wait across the street at Tonti School.)

Cindy added to our good memories of Homan Avenue.

Cindy was a woman who always seemed to do what she wanted to do, her way. Tough, loving, and always there for you. In many ways she was like another mother to me. I know she was always asking about me and making sure I was doing well. I'm happy for the last time I saw her I was able to spend a few days at her house talking to her and updating her on my life in California.

Cindy was very loved by her family and gave from her heart. We were all lucky to have her in our life for the time we did. She will forever live in our hearts. I love you Cindy!

Cindy, you were my dearest friend, my sister in our hearts. I will miss you every day and the memories of our good times and sad times shared will always be there for me. Your honesty and willingness to help others, should be an example for all of us. Rest in peace, Cyn, knowing you are loved and missed. God bless you.
