Connie Rolinaitis-Jones Obituary

Connie Jo, 60, died November 14, 2003 in Edmond, Oklahoma. Connie was born on December 25, 1942 in Treece, Kansas to James and Agnes (Price) McCoy. She was an accountant, pilot, flight instructor, doll maker, a member of New Beginnings Church, and gifted and talented artist. Connie was a recipient of the 1972 Amelia Earhart award. She was a kind and generous friend, and a devoted wife and mother. Connie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Michael Rolinaitis; 5 brothers; and 1 sister. Connie is survived by her loving companion, Merle Jones; daughters, Tammy Swier, of Bethany, and Penny Wallis, of Yukon; 5 grandsons; 1 granddaughter; 1 great granddaughter; sister, Velma Ford, of Baxter Springs, KS; and her 3 special boys, Teeger, Baby, and Tommy Lee. Services will held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, November 18, 2003 at Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Picher, Oklahoma with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery in Treece, Kansas.
