I was a classmate of Connie at Anaconda Central and I was always impressed with her outgoing spirit and sense of friendliness toward everyone. I had not seen Connie since graduation until our Fiftieth reunion in 2012, where I met her husband, Gene...an engaging and friendly person.
Connie really cared about people; evident in her love of family, relatives and friends. She will be missed by many. She set an example of how people really should live. May she rest in peace.
To Gene and her family: May God bless you and give you comfort in knowing the fine legacy Connie has left with you, and with all of us.

I have just learned of Connie's death. I am so sorry. She was a special angel on earth, and I am sure she is an angel in heaven! We went to high school together. I have memories of her and me playing a piano duet at Girls State. She had an infectious laugh and a good heart. I am so thankful I had a chance to visit with her at our 50th. Please know my prayers are with you and your family. Joanne Puccinelli

Gene, Tom and Patrick:
Our sympathy to all of you for the loss of Connie. We had so many good times with all of you in Montana over the years, and those occasional visits in Chicago and Phoenix. She was one of a kind, keeper of the Irish wit, generous to a fault. I think she told me the same joke about Timbuktu every year for 30 years at Echo Lake, but I loved her telling it and that great laugh of hers. She loved you, she loved us, she even loved Simba. We will never forget her.

Gene, Tom and Patrick,
If Connie could talk to us now, she'd come up with a good Irish joke appropriate for the situation.
What strength of faith and courage she showed during her
illness and treatment. She will leave a large void in your
lives that those of us who knew her and loved her for so
many years, share in.
We'll be there to celebrate a life well lived with the three
of you and your many friends.
Love, Paul, Joan, and Patty Petelin

Gene
Our deepest sympathy to you and your boys. Connie & I shared a wonderful, mutual respect and friendship for decades which I will cherish always. She lectured me on patience, the results of which is probably something we shouldn't elaborate on. She was one of a kind. She took generosity to a higher level. Her legacy is one of kindness & caring toward those less fortunate. God bless you and your family in the days ahead.

Dear friend and lover of the west. You made me smile and laugh. Anyone who can be President of the OPCC Women's Golf Committee has to be strong, and have a sense of humor and priority. You were a joy to know and are an inspiration to us all.

My condolences to Gene and your sons. I am so sorry Connie is gone, but she is rid of that cancer now and enjoying heaven. I am also so sorry I will not be able to be with you at this time, as my brother died and will be waked on Tuesday and his Mass is also at 10 am on Wed., so we will be united in our faith. God bless you all. Love, Sr. Pat Dillon
