Dianne,
I was so surprised and saddened to see the notice of Commodore's death. The two of you and Stuart were our neighbors in Sherwood Forest many years ago and I will never forget the kindnesses that you showed our young son Will. He still remembers "the English lady." I am thinking of you and wish you many happy and enduring memories of Commodore and your life together. Hugh, Will, and I also wish you and your family peace and comfort in the coming months and years. Fondly, Dree Harris

Dr. Mobley's death is a great loss to the medical community. This man was more than a doctor, he was a teacher as well. As an employee of his during the mid 1980's when he was in private practice, I saw the greatest love between doctor and patient. His patients would ALL wait for nearly one to two hours to see him without complaining. He would allow each patient as much time as they needed without rushing them and address every concern they had. I have seen him write out in long hand simple instructions for his patients just to make sure they understood what they were supposed to do. He tried to help his patients understand their medical problems and treatments through education.
He has been out of private practice for nearly 20 years. To this day, I see some of his old patients who share their experiences as his patient and have as much love, appreciation and admiration for him today as they did when he was their physician. I feel that I am a better person having worked for him.
He gave me confidence in my self to strive to continue to learn new things and not be afraid. He will be greatly missed.
Dianne, my heart goes out to you and the children. There are no words of comfort that will help you at this time. But, please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

We send prayers to you. I did not know
Dr. Mobley personally. I only saw him
in the emergency room at NEGA Medical
center, where he took care of my mother, he was a very concerned and
caring doctor. May God Bless you and and yours.
