Colleen Tyree Obituary
Colleen R Tyree, (nee Thrun). Our dearly beloved Colleen was born October 14, 1961, and was peacefully born to Eternal Life on March 23, 2021, age 59. Colleen was a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago and Loyola University of Chicago Law School. She was a successful CPA, Lawyer and owned a Construction Management firm, but her greatest achievement was being a mother. Colleen is survived by her daughter Marie Tyree, her mother, Joyce Thrun, a brother Roger (Susan) and niece Rebecca (JC) Blanco and nephews Samuel and Sean Thrun. Colleen is furthered survived by an aunt Carol Bunyan and an uncle Ray (Harriett) Thrun. Many cousins Donald (Rita) Corcoran, Maureen (Bob) Krol, Ken (Ann) Corcoran, Scott (Jackie) Corcoran, Shannon (Dave) Cardwell, Ellen (Michael) Bavaro, Carrie (Philip) Wojtasik, Diane (Steven) Frusolone, Carolyn Thrun (Derrick Beacher), Emily Thrun (Jason Dahl). Colleen was preceded in death and welcomed into heaven by her father Roger, Grandma Agnes, Uncle Austin, Uncle Ron and Aunt RoseMary. A funeral and celebration of life are planned at Most Holy Redeemer Parish, 9525 S. Lawndale Ave. Evergreen Park for Tuesday March 30, 2021 at 10:30 am followed by burial at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery Alsip, IL. Arrangements entrusted to Foran Funeral Home 708-458-0208
