Houvouras, Christina (nee Philipopoulos), 100 years, born November 1, 1901, in Tripi Sparta, Greece, beloved wife of the late Peter M. Houvouras, beloved daughter of John and Margo Contos Philipopoulos, cherished mother of Leutheria, Christopher and the late Michael (Laureen) Houvouras/Hughes, the late Mary (Diamond) Pappas, the late Florence (Llewelyn) Licht, loving grandmother of David Christopher, the late Peter and Mary Hourvouras, Matthew (Karen) Bradley, John and Clayton Hughes, Victoria (Robert) Hallock, George (Stephanie) Pappas, fond great- grandmother of Alexander Pappas and Grant Hallock, fond aunt of Teria Georgealas and Taria Hourvouras, dear sister of Apostle, Demetrios, Peter Philipopoulos, Juanna Alexopoulos and their families in Sparta and Athens, Greece. Christina maintained warm and caring relationships with them all her life. Visitation Tuesday, from 4 to 9 p.m., at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave., Chicago, 60646. Family, relatives and friends will meet Wednesday morning, at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 1017 N. LaSalle Dr., Chicago, 60610, for services at 10:30 a.m. Private family interment. Expressions of Sympathy may be made in lieu of flowers to the Annunciation Cathedral Restoration Project with appreciation. Arrangements by: John G.
